Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist

Tri-Tech Forensics, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to join on-site in Leland, NC. This role offers a salary range of $52,000 to $57,000 per year and a benefits package designed to support your well-being and financial future. You will help develop visual and digital marketing across medical and forensic product lines, ensuring materials are accurate, compliant, and visually engaging. You will collaborate with content and creative teams to drive customer engagement through targeted campaigns and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit product photography for e-commerce, catalogs, and social media.
• Typeset forms, instruction sheets, envelopes, and other materials for forensic and medical collection kits.
• Assist with packaging design and compliance, coordinating with the Quality department to ensure labels and packaging meet industry standards and changes are tracked.
• Develop collateral for trade shows, training courses, company websites, and social media as needed.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to craft compelling email marketing content.
• Use analytics and available tools to personalize content and advise on strategy, leveraging platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, and Shopify.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent.
• Two or more years of marketing experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator is not listed; please refer to original tools: InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
