Graphic Design – Marketing and Trade Show Team - Level 2
Job Description
This graphic design role within Lockheed Martin's Marketing and Trade Show Team in Fort Worth, TX, blends visual storytelling with campaign and trade show support in a hybrid work setting, coordinating with internal and external partners on creative projects.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex concepts into engaging visual experiences and lead projects from concept to final delivery.
- Excel in visual storytelling and adopt emerging technologies, including AI powered creative tools.
- Support internal and external communications efforts across advertising, campaigns, trade shows, employee engagement, executive communications, and brand storytelling.
- Act as a steward of the Lockheed Martin brand and a trusted creative partner, turning strategic objectives into impactful visuals.
- Maintain project documentation, organize assets, manage budgets, coordinate timelines, and follow established processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define requirements, develop production specs, solicit quotes, manage budgets, oversee production schedules, and ensure on time, within scope, high quality deliverables.
- Build a diverse portfolio across digital and print media, including web, social content, interactive experiences, motion graphics, presentations, environmental graphics, tradeshows, branding, and marketing collateral.
- Foster collaboration, curiosity for new ideas and technologies, and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field with at least 2 years of professional experience; or 6+ years of equivalent graphic design experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience developing visual communication solutions in partnership with clients, stakeholders, or cross functional teams.
- Experience using project management tools and business processes to organize work, track progress, maintain assets, and support project execution.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, creative problem solving, and work across multiple media formats.
- Experience applying AI powered creative tools within design workflows.
