Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and supervise a team of lead generation specialists
- Allocate stores and events across the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Provide coaching and performance-driven feedback to the team
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee field marketing events from setup to execution
- Manage event and national account marketing within the approved budget
- Foster strong relationships with national account partners and vendors
- Troubleshoot issues in real time to keep operations running smoothly
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales on strategy, promotional materials, and new lead opportunities
- Set up and operate booths, tables, and displays at retail locations and events
- Engage customers and generate high-quality leads that convert to in-home design appointments
- Train Home Improvement Store Associates on National Account partnerships, including Product Knowledge sessions and Specialty Spotlights
- Model the high standards of performance you expect from your team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in lead generation, event marketing, or in-store promotions
- At least 1 year of experience leading, training, or mentoring a team
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule across multiple locations
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and professional demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with store managers, associates, and customers
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma
Schedule
This is a full-time role with a nontraditional schedule. You will work Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off. Fridays and Saturdays involve field days at retail locations and events.
