Job Description

Infleqtion is seeking an Events Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Events and Field Marketing in delivering an agreed roadmap of industry and trade show activity. Based in Louisville, CO and working onsite, this role focuses on day-to-day event execution, coordinated marketing alignment, and clear post-event ROI reporting to support sales and internal planning.

In this position, you will help run priority events from planning through completion, handling logistics, materials, and local or regional programming with partners. You will also partner across the marketing team to ensure event messaging stays consistent and outcomes are measurable.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day event operations by creating and executing workback schedules to keep priority events on track.
  • Execute event logistics and coordinate vendor relationships to support smooth on-site delivery.
  • Oversee event literature, giveaways, and booth dressing.
  • Lead execution of local and regional events, including regional summits or forums and career days with local partners.
  • Partner with the marketing team to align event messaging and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop post-event analytics, success metrics, and ROI reporting for internal reporting and sales alignment.
  • Role model discipline around vendor contracts, purchasing, and accounting processes.

Requirements

  • Travel: 10%

Salary and benefits

  • Salary range: USD 85,000 to 105,000 per year
