Job Description
Based in Cincinnati, OH, Great Day Improvements is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to drive local partnerships, events, canvassing and lead generation for Champion Window.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure local events and sponsorships, organize canvassing campaigns, and manage neighborhood engagement initiatives.
- Connect with prospective customers and arrange in-home consultations with Champion Sales Representatives.
- Design and implement training programs for current local staff and new hires.
- Interact with homeowners in nearby neighborhoods where Champion has recently completed projects.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a field marketing team across multiple locations.
- Oversee allocated budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Set monthly, quarterly and annual targets in collaboration with the VP of Marketing.
- Oversee payroll processing and approvals.
- Create content for social media and contribute to company culture initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead performance reviews for the field marketing team.
- Support corporate marketing functions where needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales.
- Associate degree in business management or related field.
- Previous experience in the construction sector or lead generation industries is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and prepare reports.
- Proven capability to lead a team of field marketers.
- Experience in product demonstrations and engaging with potential customers.
- Capacity to stand and walk for up to eight hours.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel in a personal vehicle.
- Available to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
