Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative

Globe Recruiting LLC is seeking an entry-level Sales and Marketing Representative in Slidell, LA to support customer growth and brand awareness through outside sales and territory activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive outside sales including cold calling and lead generation to uncover new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, focused on features and benefits tailored to their needs
• Carry out account management activities to build and maintain relationships with existing clients, supporting satisfaction and retention
• Assist with territory management by reviewing market trends, identifying potential clients, and expanding market reach
• Support business development by participating in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and networking activities
• Use CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
• Negotiate deals while maintaining strong customer service standards, including opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate

Requirements

• Strong interest in outside sales and marketing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and present products or services persuasively
• Basic understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and analysis skills to track performance metrics
• Confidence in scheduling appointments, conducting lead generation, and completing direct sales activities
• Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Retail sales or inside sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided
