Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative

Globe Recruiting LLC is hiring an entry-level Sales and Marketing Representative to grow the customer base and increase brand awareness through outside sales and territory work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out proactive outside sales activities using cold calling and lead generation to uncover new business opportunities in assigned territories
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, focusing on features and benefits aligned to their needs
• Support account management by building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to support satisfaction and retention
• Assist with territory management by reviewing market trends, identifying potential clients, and expanding market reach
• Participate in business development efforts, including marketing campaigns, promotional events, and networking activities
• Use Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for planning
• Negotiate deals while maintaining strong customer service, including opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate

Requirements

• Strong interest in outside sales and marketing
• Excellent communication skills to quickly build rapport and present products or services persuasively
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to analyze performance metrics
• Confidence scheduling appointments, supporting lead generation, and conducting direct sales activities
• Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
• Retail sales or inside sales experience is a plus (training provided)

• Hammond, LA (onsite, in person)

Compensation

• Pay: $1,335.32 - $1,573.78 per week
• Salary range: USD 1,335 - 1,573 per weekly
