Entry-Level Marketing Inside Sales Representative

American Marketing & Publishing, L.L.C is hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Inside Sales Representative to join its onsite sales team in Shorewood, IL. In this full-time role, you will connect with small business owners by phone, showcase advertising programs, and grow relationships in a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on measurable sales outcomes.

You will represent the company’s advertising solutions, working closely with teammates and managers through hands-on training designed to build confidence and performance from day one.

What you’ll do

• Call small business owners and introduce marketing solutions aimed at driving more customers
• Present and sell industry-leading advertising programs over the phone
• Participate in hands-on training with supportive teammates and managers
• Build relationships and celebrate wins on a fast-paced, high-energy sales floor

Compensation & benefits

• Base pay of USD 60,000 - 70,000 per year
• Uncapped commissions & bonuses (first-year on-target earnings: $60K–$70K)
