Sales and Marketing Associate-Entry Level

Quad City Solution is offering an entry-level, in-person Sales and Marketing Associate role for its Des Moines team. This is a customer-facing position where you will represent client brands in a retail setting, learn current wireless products and promotions, and build practical skills through paid training and hands-on experience. What you’ll do

• Engage customers in a professional, approachable way while supporting wireless products and services
• Learn and explain wireless products, services, and current promotions
• Recommend solutions based on each customer’s needs
• Represent clients and their brands professionally within the retail environment
• Support promotional and customer engagement initiatives
• Build product knowledge while strengthening sales and communication skills
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
