Move Concierge is seeking an Email and Marketing Automation Analyst to maintain, optimize, and extend Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Pardot environment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for Move Concierge
  • Design and maintain engagement programs, automation rules, email templates, dynamic content, and segmentation lists
  • Maintain HTML email templates with proper UTM tagging and tracking for analytics and attribution
  • Enforce governance for users, permissions, folders, naming conventions, and version control
  • Create, run, and sustain campaign performance reporting in Pardot and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Operations to leverage Tableau, Google Analytics, and other BI tools for insights
  • Analyze campaign trends, nurture effectiveness, funnel activity, and audience engagement
  • Support data mapping and ensure reporting alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Investigate and resolve production issues such as automation errors, synchronization delays, data mismatches, and deliverability concerns
  • Perform comprehensive QA of campaigns, forms, automations, and tracking parameters prior to launch
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and IT to maintain accurate data flows
  • Support early-stage initiatives and integrations involving Salesforce Data 360 or other CDPs
  • Support data hygiene, segmentation, identity resolution, and contact governance efforts
  • Participate in system enhancement projects, testing, and documentation within Marketing Technology

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of hands-on experience with Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement in a marketing operations or technical marketing role
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant certification, with demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, marketing automation workflows, and lead management
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates and proper UTM/tracking implementation
  • Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or other CDPs
  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to data quality
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in time-sensitive environments
