Job Description

Onsite role in Los Angeles, CA, overseeing the e-commerce marketing and sales strategy for both B2B and B2C channels at MANIJU USA, Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare merchandise for photo shoots and presentations, ensuring garments are steamed, pressed, and presentation-ready
  • Oversee sample inventory, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and returning samples
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital assets, and optimize sales funnels
  • Lead the e-commerce marketing and sales strategy for B2B and B2C channels
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts, respond to high-level inquiries, and resolve client issues
  • Follow up on orders from trade shows, online platforms, email, and phone
  • Ensure product information, visuals, and listings are up-to-date and brand-consistent

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion marketing, or B2B sales, preferably in wholesale fashion
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proven experience with Photoshop, product photography, and coordinating photo edits
  • Excellent understanding of fashion terminology, trends, and seasonal marketing cycles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, online sales platforms, and social media marketing tools
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
