Job Description

Baseline Creative, Inc. offers an onsite, full-time Digital Marketing Specialist role in Wichita, Kansas with a competitive annual salary range of $55,000 to $65,000. This position centers on content and social media marketing to tell client stories across digital channels, guided by analytics to strengthen content strategy and campaign performance. Location: Wichita, KS 67214; in person / onsite role.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage engaging social media, digital, and campaign content aligned with client brand voice and storytelling goals across platforms.
  • Draft compelling short- and long-form content including social media copy, blogs, newsletters, website copy, campaign messaging, and other brand communications to support client accounts.
  • Monitor social media channels and audience engagement to foster strong online communities and a positive brand presence.
  • Track and analyze campaign and platform performance using analytics and reporting tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen content strategy and overall campaign success.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and account leads to ensure cohesive messaging, creative alignment, and effective campaign execution.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies to help clients remain relevant and competitive.

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in content marketing, social media management, digital marketing, communications, or related fields required.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience developing both short- and long-form content across digital platforms, including web, email, social media, and campaign materials.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate content and campaign performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, scheduling tools, and content management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
