Job Description

Little Giant Ladder Systems is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the brand across social media, search optimization, email, affiliate marketing, and website content. This onsite role in Springville, Utah involves collaborating with Creative, Brand Management, Product, and Sales to ensure consistent brand voice while driving marketing performance.

Location: Springville, UT (onsite). Salary: USD 62,000 - 65,000 per year. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience: minimum of 2 years.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee multi-platform social media calendars.
  • Partner with video producers and designers to brainstorm, plan, and produce content.
  • Manage daily postings, community engagement, and responses to comments.
  • Curate top-performing user-generated and partner content for amplification.
  • Monitor social KPIs and analytics and report insights.
  • Help execute user-generated content campaigns.
  • Develop and implement SEO and AI-enhanced content strategies.
  • Perform keyword research and apply insights to content creation.
  • Create, generate, and edit copy and visuals for digital channels.
  • Publish content to the CMS with proper internal linking and structure.
  • Support website content updates, coordinate design, and run A/B tests.
  • Generate and brief emails for the design team.
  • Own email performance metrics and ongoing A/B testing.
  • Assist in campaign dispatch for key initiatives.
  • Coordinate with affiliate partners and manage the affiliate backend.
  • Distribute product guidelines to the affiliate network.
  • Serve as liaison between SABO and customer service teams.
  • Help build customer service resources, including tutorials and how-to videos.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to brief, align, and deliver on-brand content across channels.
  • Work with the Brand Manager to ensure marketing output aligns with the brand voice, visuals, and strategy.
  • Partner with Product to accurately represent launches, features, and positioning in marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with Sales to align campaigns, develop sales enablement content, and support promotions.
  • Participate in cross-functional planning to align marketing timelines with broader business priorities.

Requirements

  • Excellent copywriting with a consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Highly organized and self-driven, able to take a brief and execute.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with clear, proactive cross-department communication.
  • Video production coordination experience is a bonus.
