Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce and design weekly and monthly content for internal and external communication distribution
  • Coordinate MAC Monday Employee Highlight
  • Feature the Photo of the Week
  • Maintain corporate digital calendars
  • Create informational graphics for internal engagement events
  • Oversee Core Value nominees and prepare media releases
  • Coordinate Employee of the Month media releases and certificates
  • Design promotional material for recruiting events
  • Update and manage organizational charts
  • Ensure media content is appropriate, aligned with organizational standards and consistent with the brand's mission and core values
  • Manage, update, and/or redesign professional development training material
  • Drug and Alcohol Training
  • Expense/Concur Training
  • Sexual Harassment Training
  • New Hire Orientation presentations
  • LMS 360 Learning Modules
  • Manage and add new users to LMS
  • Enroll new employees in needed training
  • Enroll existing employees in needed training
  • Monitor all employees for training completion and report statistics to the training manager as requested
  • Regularly enroll in LMS training to stay abreast of new technology and resources to be used within the company
  • Support projects and objectives as required
  • Website updates
  • SharePoint updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a related field preferred
  • High quality oral and written communication skills with the ability to present professionally to employees and business leaders at all levels of the organization and regulatory bodies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to maintain, enrich, and create positive working relationships with existing employees, new employees, and other related entities
  • Adept in high-level decision-making and adaptability
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in navigating digital landscapes with a keen eye for visually aesthetic design
  • Ability to arrange images, text, videos, and other elements in print and online publications to create an overall attractive and cohesive look aligned with corporate standards
  • Five years of professional experience using media content tools including but not limited to: Adobe Work Suite; Canva; InDesign, Coral and/or Photoshop
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, PowerPoint, Planner
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, highly regulated, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines while staying organized
  • Organize and prioritize work with a high sense of urgency
