Job Description

Defined Fitness invites applications for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will orchestrate content production, social media oversight, event-driven marketing, and digital campaigns aimed at elevating the brand and boosting member engagement.

Location

Albuquerque, NM (onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen the Defined Fitness brand across key digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the internal communications platform.
  • Produce and oversee engaging assets — photos, videos, graphics, and copy — for the website, email campaigns, social channels, digital ads, and the Defined Fitness App.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing calendars and content strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Plan, promote, and deliver events to boost member involvement and raise brand visibility.
  • Oversee all social media profiles, monitor messages and comments, and build active online communities.
  • Lead digital advertising campaigns, crafting creatives, tracking performance, and optimizing for ROI.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as engagement, site traffic, SEO results, conversions, app downloads, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain website content via a CMS and apply SEO best practices.
  • Design and launch email and SMS campaigns to connect with current and prospective members.
  • Track and manage online brand reputation on review platforms such as Google and Yelp.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain consistent branding across channels.
  • Support marketing initiatives through the development of print, digital, and in-club collateral.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Operational knowledge of videography and photography equipment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in Adobe Premiere.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and digital tools including Meta Business Suite, Meta Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., Gym Sales).
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage in public outreach.
  • Experience in content creation, campaign planning, and event execution.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with strong creative instincts and attention to detail.
  • Valid New Mexico driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work onsite or remotely as needed.
