Compensation

Hourly rate: USD 18 - 23

Location: Hillsboro, OR (onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Create, test, and launch marketing emails using Keap and Mailchimp under guidance from the marketing team, with QA checks prior to every send
  • Assist with audience segmentation and upkeep of automated workflows
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate template creation, campaign setup, and routine tasks
  • Support list hygiene with tools like ZeroBounce to maintain healthy bounce rates and spam complaint levels
  • Learn to monitor deliverability metrics, including inbox placement, sender reputation, and send performance
  • Document assets, templates, and workflows in Notion
  • Ensure each email aligns with its intended purpose
  • Assist with UTM parameters and tracking links to ensure accurate attribution of traffic and conversions
  • Help maintain Google Sheets dashboards consolidating data from multiple platforms
  • Support daily marketing performance reporting: email metrics, campaign results, list health
  • Leverage AI to identify patterns and flag data anomalies
  • Learn the proprietary software used to track campaign performance and deliverability
  • Develop a practical toolkit of AI tools relevant to marketing operations
  • Bring curiosity and initiative to identify AI-driven ways to reduce manual work
  • Stay current on new tools and share findings with the team

Requirements

  • Comfort with email marketing, CRM tools, or general marketing operations
  • Passion for AI tools and active use of them, even outside of work
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage details across multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or quick to develop that skill
  • Strong written communication; able to explain data insights in plain language
  • Self-directed and capable of asking thoughtful questions
