Corporate Marketing Director
Job Description
The Corporate Marketing Director will lead digital marketing initiatives and brand strategy across TKo Hospitality Management's portfolio, including independent hotels, restaurants, and event venues. This onsite role is based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and focuses on elevating guest engagement, improving digital performance, and strengthening brand identity through data-driven storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Offer strategic marketing guidance to executive leadership and property teams
- Develop and implement integrated marketing programs
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and platforms
- Campaign architecture: design, launch, and manage paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn targeted to key guest personas from leisure travelers to corporate event planners
- Ad optimization: monitor ROAS and CPA daily, adjust bidding and creative assets to maximize conversions and direct bookings
- Creative direction: collaborate with corporate and property teams to produce high performing ad creative using Canva and Adobe Suite, including short form video
- Design and manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Optimize ROAS and CPA through ongoing analysis and testing
- Develop creative assets with Canva and Adobe
- Database management: segment the guest database by stay history, preferences, and geographic location to enable hyper-relevant communications
- Automated flows: build and maintain automated email journeys such as pre-arrival upsells, post-stay feedback loops, and win-back campaigns for OTAs and lapsed guests
- Targeted promotions: design and schedule targeted promotional email campaigns aligned with revenue management strategies for each property, with revenue tracking and monthly outcome reports
- E-newsletter: curate quarterly, high-impact newsletters highlighting property news, seasonal offers, and local destination highlights
- B2B pitch decks: create visually compelling decks for the business development team to win new management contracts
- Owner relations: design monthly performance decks for property owners, including executive summaries, financial performance, forecasts, strategic wins, and marketing ROI
- Group sales support: develop custom sales collateral (ads, fact sheets, promotional flyers, etc.) to win corporate group, wedding, and event business
- Website edits and updates: coordinate with property or corporate leadership to maintain and update websites
- Website analytics: provide monthly reporting on site performance
- Press releases: draft concise, professional press releases to support openings, acquisitions, expansions, and business development
- Community outreach: represent TKo Hospitality at community and industry events, supporting communications and sponsored activities as appropriate
- Wellness commitment: contribute to a culture of well-being by distributing a weekly wellness-focused communication, Wellness Wednesday
- Direct booking growth: increase revenue share generated through the brand website and booking engine versus OTAs
- Email performance: maintain open rates above 25 percent and click-through rates above 3 percent
- Social efficiency: maintain cost per acquisition below the industry average
Requirements
- University degree in hotel management or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience
- Minimum of 2 years of CRM and email tools experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and design tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of hotel PMS and POS systems is a plus
- Willingness to pitch in and support colleagues; strong team player

- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills and cordial behavior
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds; includes bending, reaching, and similar movements

Compensation
Salary: USD 65,000 per year
