Content Marketing Manager — Creator & Influencer

Impact.com seeks a Content Marketing Manager for Creator & Influencer to lead end-to-end content production and optimization within a remote Content Marketing team in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Own the full content lifecycle for creator and influencer marketing audiences, including brands that partner with creators and creators themselves as a business audience.
• Develop and assign content briefs and SEO/AIO briefs; manage relationships with freelance writers and vendor partners.
• Oversee ideation, briefing, editorial review, publication, and ongoing optimization of content.
• Perform SEO and AIO keyword research in Semrush to shape content priorities, recognizing the growing importance of large language model visibility alongside search rankings.
• Interview internal and external subject matter experts and translate expertise into useful, clear, reader-friendly stories.
• Create and produce across formats: long-form blog posts, case studies, demand-gen assets (ebooks, templates, worksheets), and creator profile stories.
• Distill complex business topics into a narrative that resonates with marketing audiences.
• Track content performance and contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Use performance data to identify optimization opportunities across published content.
• Align content activity with pipeline metrics in collaboration with the broader GTM team.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of content marketing experience with a focus on long-form content.
• Genuine storytelling ability that turns dry topics into engaging angles for marketers.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, including keyword research, content briefs, and on-page optimization.
• Experience writing or managing case studies and demand-gen content formats.
• Strong editorial instincts with the ability to elevate drafts significantly.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones, with morning overlap meetings for a senior content partner based in South Africa.

Salary

• Base pay: USD 80,000–90,000 per year
• Additional 5% annual variable bonus contingent on company performance
