Job Description

Client Marketing Specialist role at Non-Stuffy Attorney Marketing, onsite in Clearwater, FL, focused on managing law firm client relationships and coordinating campaigns to drive satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients
  • Maintain proactive, professional communication via calls, emails, updates, and meetings
  • Stay highly organized across multiple client projects, campaigns, timelines, and deliverables
  • Interpret campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, remarketing, email, and social channels; explain results, identify opportunities, and advise on optimizations
  • Coordinate effectively with the internal marketing team to meet client needs quickly and accurately
  • Proactively identify risks, manage expectations, and resolve issues before they escalate
  • Document communications, track project status, and keep client records accurate and up-to-date
  • Contribute to client retention and growth by delivering an exceptional experience

Requirements

  • Marketing knowledge with hands-on experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, email marketing, social media); able to understand campaigns and provide confident guidance
  • Exceptional communication skills — clear, responsive, professional, and personable
  • Outstanding organization and follow-through; adept with tools like Google Workspace, project management software, and spreadsheets
  • Experience managing client accounts or working in an agency or client-services role is strongly preferred
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure
  • Passion for helping law firms grow through effective marketing
  • Alignment with a non-stuffy culture: warm, collaborative, approachable, and results-driven

Compensation
