Job Description
Brand Marketing Specialist position at Dutch Bros Coffee in Tempe, AZ (hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Assist in shaping full marketing plans for product campaigns, defining goals and identifying target audiences.
- Examine market trends, competitor actions, and consumer behaviors to guide campaign strategies.
- Aid the innovation process by proposing creative solutions to boost campaign effectiveness.
- Support end-to-end execution of product campaigns, ensuring alignment with the campaign strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign activities, contributing to creative development, advertising, and promotions.
- Contribute to pricing and messaging positioning within campaigns to maximize engagement and sales.
- Help enhance brand reputation through creative menu and product design solutions.
- Recommend pricing positioning to maximize value and competitiveness.
- Ensure design elements align with the branding strategy and resonate with the target audience.
- Evaluate the performance of menu and product design strategies against ROI and KPIs.
- Assess the effectiveness of sales and advertising techniques in line with the branding strategy.
- Propose optimizations for design and promotional efforts to maintain branding consistency.
- Monitor and report on the performance of product campaigns, tracking ROI and KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to provide data-driven recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
- Analyze market trends related to menu and product design.
- Track competitor activities and consumer habits to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Gather and assess data on consumer preferences and emerging design trends.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or four years of comparable experience, required.
- At least one additional year in a brand marketing role or similar, required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of branding efforts.

Location Requirement
- This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.
Support Campaign Strategy Development and Execute Campaign Launch
- Assist in developing comprehensive marketing plans for product campaigns, defining goals and target audiences.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer habits to inform campaign strategies.

- Support the end-to-end execution of product campaigns, ensuring all elements are aligned with the campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign activities, including contributions to creative development, advertising, and promotional efforts.
- Contribute to the effective positioning of pricing and messaging within campaigns to maximize engagement and sales.
Perform Reporting to Support Brand Enhancement and Strategy Optimization
- Contribute to the enhancement of brand reputation through creative menu and product design solutions.
- Make recommendations for position pricing to maximize value and competitiveness.
- Help ensure that design elements align with the branding strategy and resonate with the target audience.
- Evaluate the performance of menu and product design strategies against ROI and key performance indicators.
- Assess the effectiveness of sales and advertising techniques in line with the branding strategy.
- Make recommendations to optimize design and promotional efforts for consistency with branding goals.
Support Market and Performance Analysis, and Trends Assessment
- Monitor and report on the performance of product campaigns, measuring ROI and KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data to support the identification of areas for improvement and optimization.

- Conduct analysis of market trends related to menu and product design.
- Monitor competitor activities and consumer habits to support the identification of opportunities for differentiation.

Physical Requirements
- In-Office Environment: Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions.
