BDC & Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The BDC and Marketing Specialist role at Royal Automotives LLC focuses on advancing dealership marketing efforts, generating qualified test-drive appointments, and coordinating customer engagement across calls, social media, and follow-up activities to drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Carry out proactive outreach to prospective customers with a daily minimum of 75 touches through calls, texts, and emails.
- Maintain the CRM (Dealr.Cloud) to manage profiles, capture notes, and pursue leads with up to seven follow-up attempts.
- Respond to new online inquiries within five minutes, verify vehicle availability, and present suitable alternatives when needed.
- Schedule test drives and reconnect with no-shows to arrange a new appointment.
- Identify long-distance shoppers and coordinate with the Sales Manager to provide personalized walk-around video content.
- Create and publish at least two high-quality CTA social media pieces daily, handling filming and editing.
- Maintain daily posts on English and Spanish Facebook and Instagram pages, and share content to at least five relevant groups to broaden reach.
- Monitor social inquiries and instant messages, responding promptly to engagement.
- Develop brand-building visuals, including infographics, Google review highlights, and sold customer photos using Canva.
- Follow up with recently sold customers to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Reach out to prior customers to promote trade-ins for high-demand models.
Requirements
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to serve a diverse audience.
- Comfortable using CRMs (Dealr.Cloud), social media platforms, and content creation tools (Canva and video editing apps).
- Energetic, persistent mindset with the ability to handle objections in a constructive manner.
- Background in automotive sales or outbound calling is advantageous.

Compensation: From $19.00 per hour
Location
Englewood, Colorado, onsite. This is an in person role.
