Job Description

York College of Pennsylvania seeks an Assistant/Associate Director of Digital Enrollment Marketing to coordinate outbound enrollment communications and oversee digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage event content in the Enrollment CRM, including event setup, forms/templates, landing pages, and the overall event registration experience.
  • Oversee portals across the recruitment cycle, including counseling team access, direct admit partnerships, and event portals.
  • Develop and maintain pages within the admissions and financial aid websites.
  • Administer the campus map and virtual tour with annual updates and ad-hoc updates as needed.
  • Design and execute email campaigns and build targeted audience lists for marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Marketing Coordinator to develop and maintain a social media plan for Admissions, coordinating with the Marketing Department and Director of Enrollment Marketing.
  • Produce email and social media creative, infographics, and other marketing collateral as required.
  • Manage Slate Deliver queries and ensure integrity of enrollment communications.
  • Provide system-based mailing lists to support the print mail drip schedule and all Enrollment Marketing print projects.
  • Track Year-over-Year registration and attendance for anchor events and perform data analysis as needed.
  • Ensure digital communication compliance across CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR for all Enrollment Marketing platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience creating content for online marketing campaigns.
  • At least three years of experience working within a CRM platform, building effective communications and establishing targeted audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate, etc.) to develop email, text, and social media campaigns.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
  • Knowledge of admissions, sales, and marketing concepts.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging technologies in marketing and communications.
