Job Description

Timberland is seeking an Analyst, Marketing Measurement & Effectiveness to lead the measurement, optimization, and reporting of all marketing investments within North America Marketing. This role collaborates across regional and global teams to establish an objective marketing framework and drive measurable incremental results. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week at the Stratham, NH headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of best-in-class marketing reporting by blending platform data with business metrics and presenting insights through data visualization to give marketing leadership a holistic view of performance.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leads to help them understand and optimize channels through data visualization and storytelling.
  • Partner with regional teams on A/B testing, brand lift studies, and other data-backed learning agendas to drive constant organizational growth.
  • Support Sr Manager in the setup and review of major measurement milestones with key agency and media partners, and help establish processes for communicating learnings across regional, global, and corporate levels.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests to identify consumer trends, understand business challenges, and uncover opportunities to support short-term and long-term regional objectives.
  • Advance marketing measurement capabilities by blending Mixed Media Modeling, Incrementality Testing, and Attribution to provide a clear statistical perspective on investment choices.
  • Manage the bi-annual data collection process for Mixed Media Modeling studies and help define key business questions and data needs.
  • Become the subject matter expert on marketing measurement techniques including incrementality, mixed media modeling, and third-party data platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing measurement or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Excellent data analytics skills with hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable stories for key business partners.
  • Experience working with digital marketing data platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a focus on analyzing performance metrics and extracting actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization with trust and transparency.
  • A foundational understanding of core marketing measurement principles and modern measurement frameworks.

Hiring range

USD 68,000.00 - USD 85,000.00 annually.

Incentive potential

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of eligibility will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
