Responsibilities

• Audit Communication Channels: Evaluate all active platforms, including social media and the CRM, to measure effectiveness and return on investment.
• Identify successful campaigns and analyze the factors driving their impact.
• Benchmark Catholic Charities Atlanta communications against current nonprofit and industry standards.
• Deliver a concise report enabling the Mission Advancement team to strengthen fundraising efforts.
• Study supporter trends to uncover patterns that inform engagement strategies.
• Conduct staff interviews to understand engagement goals and integrate insights into persona development.
• Create supporter personas, including emerging segments, to guide targeted fundraising.
• Review reporting and mailing practices and compare them to long-standing nonprofit best practices.
• Develop an annual supporter communications calendar with current-year templates for future use.
