Job Description
This role leads strategic partner marketing initiatives with Global System Integrator and consulting partners across North America to drive demand and revenue for AWS.

- Salary: USD 118,200 - 185,000 per year
- Experience: 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Responsibilities
- Create and own the partner's strategic marketing plan.
- Design a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with go-to-market plans, partner marketing activities, and global marketing teams.
- Plan and execute demand generation programs with the partner to attract new customers, covering integrated campaigns, events, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with the GTMS organization to understand priorities and support lead generation initiatives.
- Engage as a principal stakeholder with Americas GTMS, partner marketing, and field marketing leadership, contributing to business reviews and delivering monthly and quarterly updates to stakeholders.
- Represent partner and customer needs to internal teams and share best practices across regions.
- Oversee external vendors to run programs and reach goals, including account-based marketing and large-scale partner programs.
- Create and own the Americas strategic marketing plan to generate demand for AWS solutions among new and existing customers, with emphasis on mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Collaborate with partners and the partner sales team to define target customer segments and industry verticals, crafting a joint value proposition for AWS adoption.
- Drive partner-generated leads, optimize marketing funds, and acquire new customers.
- Partner with the dedicated sales team to design, implement, and measure marketing programs that align with account objectives.
Requirements
- Six or more years of professional marketing experience (excluding internships).
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to inform improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Experience creating, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
- Eight or more years in the development and management of acquisition marketing or channel programs.

About the Team
- The North America Partner Marketing team collaborates with AWS Consulting Partners to shape marketing strategies that align with partner sales goals and generate AWS partner-led opportunities.
- The Sr. PMM will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to include the partner in appropriate AWS-led marketing motions and amplify the partners’ distinct value.
- The Sr. PMM will plan and execute marketing campaigns and evaluate ROI.
- The role requires close alignment with regional partner development managers and global counterparts.
- The role represents partner and customer needs to internal stakeholders and shares best practices across regions.
