This leadership role directs talent marketing strategy for Talent Acquisition priorities across the Americas, partnering with TA and business leaders to deliver data-driven, multi-channel programs that advance hiring goals.

Role Summary

The Senior Talent Marketing Manager defines and drives the talent marketing agenda for the designated scope, aligning with business hiring targets and delivering integrated campaigns across channels. The role requires strong business judgment, marketing expertise, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while demonstrating measurable impact through data.

Role Details

  • Location: New York, NY (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 130,000 - 185,000 per year
  • Minimum experience: 6+ years in marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the talent marketing strategy for the assigned scope, starting from hiring goals to craft integrated, multi-channel plans
  • Serve as a senior marketing partner to Talent Acquisition and business leaders, guiding resource prioritization and identifying where marketing yields the greatest business impact
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery through internal collaborations with Talent Engagement, Employer Brand, Creative Services, Journey Orchestration, and Paid Marketing Services, ensuring direction, quality, and performance
  • Navigate ambiguity by synthesizing incomplete information, framing the right questions, and making sound strategic decisions when paths are unclear
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance at a strategic level, identify patterns, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable improvements
  • Create scalable, repeatable marketing solutions including templates, frameworks, and processes that can be adopted across teams or the organization
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple seniority levels, communicating strategy, trade-offs, and results with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain a regular cadence of reporting on the performance of the owned space during weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
  • Mentor junior team members, contribute to team capability and culture, and participate in the team's hiring process

Requirements

  • Marketing leadership with business acumen that ties marketing decisions to hiring outcomes and communicates impact in business terms
  • Executive stakeholder management, influencing and aligning complex landscapes at senior levels including Directors and VPs
  • Program management experience leading multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinking in ambiguity, defining the problem, shaping the approach, and delivering results with partial information
  • Integrated marketing strategy leadership with a proven track record of end-to-end strategy development and execution
  • Data-driven decision making, strong analytical skills, and comfort interpreting complex metrics to optimize performance
  • Foundational channel knowledge across organic and paid social, content marketing, and digital platforms with the ability to develop cross-channel strategy
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and leadership
