Job Description

Chicago Fire is seeking a Specialist for Lifecycle Marketing (Email and SMS) to lead the day to day execution of fan communications. Based in our Chicago office, this role focuses on building, refining, and deploying lifecycle and automated journeys to engage, retain, and grow the club’s fanbase, reporting to the Manager of Lifecycle Marketing. You will support CRM driven communications across Email and SMS to drive meaningful outcomes for the club.

Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle campaign execution: design, QA, and deploy Email and SMS programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms such as Attentive.
  • Segmentation and list management: implement audience segmentation and targeting using fan data and behavioral triggers.
  • Testing and optimization: participate in A/B testing of subject lines, creative messaging, and send times.
  • Reporting and insights: monitor and report on core lifecycle KPIs including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue performance.
  • Completion of other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation platforms, including related internships or education.
  • Ability to combine technical thinking with creative and analytical problem solving.
  • Strong ability to manage priorities and coordinate tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to pursuing a career in professional sports.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays for home games or other events.

Compensation & Location

Location: Chicago, IL (onsite)

Salary: USD 55,000 - 60,000 per year
