Social Media Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
HopeScope is hiring a Part-Time Social Media Marketing Coordinator in Saint George, UT, onsite, with a path to full-time in 3 to 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and execute marketing tied to each product launch.
- Maintain audience engagement between launches via social media and email.
- Optimize the Shopify store.
- Build an Email Newsletter and produce each associated marketing campaign.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging, on-brand content for an audience that is 80% Female.
- Monitor social and content trends and apply proven engagement strategies across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Email.
- Work closely with the Merchandise Strategist and the Fulfillment center.
- Promote products through Social Media & email aligned to the Merch website.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of YouTube and social platforms such as TikTok and IG Reels.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a creative team.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced onsite environment.
- Ability to keep projects on track and stay committed through completion.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing trends in content creation.

Compensation
- USD 52,000 - 62,400 per year

- Key priorities include optimizing the Shopify store, building an Email Newsletter, and producing marketing campaigns.
