Social Media Manager & Marketing Assistant

Bison Turf Equipment, Inc. is hiring a Social Media Manager & Marketing Assistant to support our customer-first team in Tonawanda, NY (onsite). This full-time role blends marketing and social media ownership with hands-on assistance for management and customers, including support for the parts department. You will help keep our company social media presence active, assist management with marketing efforts, and also support customers and technicians with parts-related needs. The position is ideal for someone who can balance creative and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce content for the company’s social media pages
• Support management with marketing efforts
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
• Process parts orders and handle customer transactions
• Collaborate with technicians to help ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance
• Keep the parts department clean and organized

Requirements

• Knowledge of marketing and social media campaigns, with previous social media experience
• Good command of the English language
• Strong knowledge of parts and parts breakdowns or schematics, including engine, hydraulic, and other mechanical components
• Strong knowledge of repair and service terms
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling parts inventory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once
• Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records
• Social media and marketing experience is a must

Compensation: USD $45,000 - $52,000 per year. Schedule: Full-time, 8 hour shift, with weekends as needed. Work setup: In person.

Additional notes: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude. A Driver’s License (Preferred) is also noted.
