Social Marketing & Content Strategy Associate
Job Description
The Social Marketing & Content Strategy Associate will shape and execute Polo-focused social content strategy across Ralph Lauren’s digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise across Ralph Lauren owned and social channels, including user behavior, user journeys, platform evolution, and platform-native content opportunities, to reach and engage existing and new audiences across the network with a specific focus on Polo category growth
- Support development of content marketing strategies to drive audience acquisition, follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness
- Contribute to innovative, brand-elevating content supporting key strategic initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels
- Help identify content types needed for seasonal and product storytelling and marketing campaigns aligned with Ralph Lauren brand, marketing, and business objectives
- Support storytelling and publishing cadences that drive audience growth, platform-native content execution, and key initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, design, paid media, regional, and production teams to ensure content strategies are aligned and executed effectively
- Collaborate with design on seasonal storytelling and digital content needs, including approvals, sharing results, and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Support quality control, brand elevation, and final production of digital content in partnership with regional teams
- Support KPI development, collect results, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to guide future content strategies and executions
- Help evolve social content best practices, workflows, and tools to improve consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness across the social team
- Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and platform-native storytelling
Requirements
- Relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, content strategy, or related brand or content roles
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, platform-native storytelling, audience behaviors, and evolving digital trends
- Ability to build productive relationships with key partners, positively influence decisions, and drive actions that improve content effectiveness and the audience experience
- Digital curiosity and a passion for learning about new and rapidly evolving platforms
- Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at different levels
- Strong attention to detail with exemplary analytical capabilities
- Ability, willingness, and passion for serving as an advocate for customers
- Understanding of social KPIs, brand objectives, ROI, and performance metrics

- Salary: USD 62,000 - 95,935 per year
