SEO/CRO DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Millennium Medical Management, LLC is seeking an SEO and CRO Digital Marketing Specialist to lead search engine optimization and conversion-focused marketing across its web properties and social channels. The hybrid role in Melbourne, Florida combines technical audits, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with multiple teams to improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated expertise in SEO guidelines, analytics, tracking and reporting tools, algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Conduct technical, on-page, and link-building SEO audits across websites.
• Research and analyze analytics data to extract insights and develop actionable plans from campaign results.
• Drive web traffic growth through social media optimization and other channels.
• Document site analyses with detailed reports, identify SEO improvements, and communicate findings and resolutions to the CEO.
• Implement strategies including Google authorship, rich snippets, semantic optimization, video ranking, and editorial improvements to achieve target organic search positions.
• Maintain current knowledge of ethical SEO practices and follow industry best practices.
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of contemporary SEO techniques and practices.
• Plan site design by clarifying goals and designing functionality.
• Develop site navigation by categorizing content to funnel traffic through the site.
• Coordinate with copywriters and graphic designers to create site content and visuals, including images, icons, banners, and audio enhancements.
• Oversee the corporate communications plan for consistent messaging, templates, taglines, and logo usage.
• Enhance site security by designing and installing protective measures and managing user access.
• Enforce content and display standards to maintain site appearance and review submissions.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through educational opportunities, publications, and networking.
• Write and edit content and blogs for social media sites.
• Support information systems and organizational goals by delivering required results.
• Maintain open communication with the supervisor about issues or concerns.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Comply with HIPPA and OSHA guidelines to ensure the safety and privacy of patients and other employees.
• Undertake special projects as assigned by the CEO.
