Job Description

CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION offers a competitive hourly rate and performance-based incentives, plus hybrid work in Troy, MI. What you’ll do

In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives using insights from member, campaign, and organizational data. As the department’s primary HubSpot administrator, you will manage day-to-day execution across email campaigns, workflows, forms, landing pages, lists, CTAs, and reporting.

  • Analyze member, campaign, and organizational data using Symitar, HubSpot, and other reporting tools to spot trends that support member growth, engagement, and product adoption.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly performance reports, including Board reporting, and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to annual marketing plans and integrated campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and optimize automated member journeys within HubSpot and other automation platforms for onboarding, engagement, retention, and cross-selling.
  • Create audience segmentation based on member behaviors and lifecycle stages to enable personalized communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance and CRM data quality, identifying opportunities to improve automation, member engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, website, print, and in-branch channels while maintaining consistent messaging.
  • Partner with Retail, Lending, and Compliance to develop compliant, data-informed campaigns.
  • Support branch-level initiatives by working with branch managers on promotions, community engagement opportunities, and business development campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist on internal and external events, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
  • Support public relations activities by identifying subject matter experts, preparing talking points, drafting press releases, and coordinating media opportunities.
  • Manage website content through quarterly content audits and ongoing updates to ensure accuracy, consistency, SEO optimization, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Write and publish monthly blog content to support campaign initiatives and improve organic search visibility.

What you bring

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email marketing, workflows and automation, lists and segmentation, forms and landing pages, and campaign reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing initiatives and understand marketing metrics, attribution, and ROI.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CMS and working knowledge of design software for content creation and design.
  • Skilled writing, proofreading, and editing, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the trust, credibility, and diplomacy required for sensitive or confidential conversations.
  • Comfort presenting findings to leadership and building collaborative relationships across departments and stakeholders.
