Job Description

Location: Norwalk, CT (onsite). Salary: USD 79,000 per year. Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across email, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising.
  • Support the execution of global marketing and revenue team plans.
  • Research and synthesize market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Monitor developments affecting prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare reports, track activities in CRM, and evaluate ROI on marketing efforts.
  • Assist with directory submissions, case studies, testimonials, messaging, and media lists.
  • Support content creation for blogs, sales collateral, newsletters, and social media.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, sponsorships, and follow-up reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to create POs, issue invoices, and track payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or substantial marketing experience, including expertise with marketing email and automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level marketing, including familiarity with B2B sales cycles and account-based marketing, is preferred.
  • Comfort with analyzing data to track performance, report results, and use insights to inform and refine campaigns.
  • Strategic and creative mindset to develop innovative strategies and implement them across multiple channels.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and other teams.
  • Passion for finding new and better ways of doing things and generating original ideas for business growth.
