Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director role for a private pay, ultra luxury assisted living community in North Plainfield, NJ (onsite).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the core sales focus: relationships, referrals, lead generation, and closing
• Coordinate and cover tours
• Partner with a dedicated Sales Associate who handles incoming calls and inquiries
• Support tour scheduling and coordination alongside the Sales Associate

Requirements

• Assisted Living Sales or Home Care Sales experience required
• Assisted Living Sales experience or Home Care Sales expertise
• 2 years of Assisted Living Sales or Home Care Sales experience (required)

Onsite Location

• North Plainfield, NJ (onsite)

Compensation

• USD 90,000 - 105,000 per year
