Sales and Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the full sales cycle, setting closing appointments, maintaining contact lists, joining professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses
• Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
• Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
• Build customer relationships and educate them on SERVPRO's value as a leading cleaning and restoration company
• Compile and maintain center of influence information
• Identify Target 25, the Top 25 contacts to develop into clients
• Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one closing appointments with COIs to encourage referrals
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
• Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
• Excellent sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong business and financial background with a process- and results-driven mindset
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies
• Marketing experience is preferred
• A marketing degree is desirable
• Must be able to commute to Cambridge, NY 12816 (Required)
• Relocation to Cambridge, NY 12816 before starting work is required
