Sales & Marketing Representative

VSD Graphix is seeking a proactive independent Sales & Marketing Representative to grow revenue by building new business relationships and supporting customers through the branding and printing sales process. The role will focus on lead generation, consultative recommendations across product lines, and coordination with internal production and design teams.

Role Overview

This onsite position in Ashland, VA supports business expansion by converting qualified prospects into customers. The successful candidate will manage a sales pipeline from outreach through quote creation, negotiation, and deal closure, while ensuring product specifications are accurate for smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, reach out to, and qualify potential B2B clients, local businesses, schools, and organizations.
• Develop and maintain consultative relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Assess clients’ branding and printing needs across product lines, including apparel, vinyl, signage, and paper products, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through quote generation, negotiation, and final deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal production and design teams to confirm product specifications and support seamless order execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience. Experience in printing, signage, custom apparel, or promotional products is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet or exceed revenue targets without constant supervision.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers.
• Capacity to think quickly, understand project specifications, and guide clients toward appropriate products for their budget and timeline.
• Comfort using CRM software, email, and sales tracking tools.
