Job Description
Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach is hosting an in-person hiring event in Lahaina, Hawaii, focused on two on-site roles in sales and marketing. The positions involve lead-driven activities, on-site training, and the potential for sign-on bonuses, with pay ranging from $16 to $32 per hour.
Responsibilities
- As a Sales Executive, you conduct face-to-face presentations with hotel guests and current owners.
- Guide clients through a branded, structured ninety-minute sales presentation to introduce the vacation ownership concept and encourage ongoing engagement with the brand.
- As a Marketing Executive, you engage potential clients and foster conversations about future vacation travel and ownership.
- Participate in the front end of the sales cycle.
- Offer guests a gift to invite them to a sales presentation, after which our vacation sales consultants take over.

Sales Executive — $32.50/hr + Commission (Training Pay); HI Real Estate License Required; Currently offering up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (potential for qualified candidates)
As a Sales Executive, you will be involved in face-to-face presentations with hotel guests and/or current owners. Sales Executives are responsible for taking these clients through a branded and structured ninety-minute sales presentation to introduce the vacation ownership concept and to advance their relationship with the brand. -
Marketing Executive — $16.00/hr + Commission; Currently offering up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (potential)
As a Marketing Executive, you will engage with potential clients and drive conversations about the prospect of future vacation travel and ownership. You are involved in the front end of the sales cycle. You will offer guests a gift to attend a sales presentation, after which our vacation sales consultants will take over.
