Marketing Associate and Event Host

Splitz Bar Grill at Laurel Lanes in Maple Shade, NJ is looking for a Marketing Associate and Event Host to help grow sales and increase community awareness of the venue. This onsite position centers on reaching out to potential customers by phone, promoting upcoming special events, and hosting large group parties with reliable availability on weekends and some weeknights.

In this role, you will support marketing efforts designed to drive new customer recruitment while also taking an active part in event setup and hosting. The schedule includes several days per week, with weekend and select evening availability needed to run group events smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies to identify and recruit new customers
• Make heavy telephone outreach to connect with customers and potential customers
• Support some outside sales activities
• Promote special events to increase attendance and interest
• Set up and host large group parties and events
• Work several days per week, with weekends and some weeknights required for event setup and hosting

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
