Sales and Marketing Assistant

The Sales and Marketing Assistant role at Mission Senior Living is an onsite position in Durango, Colorado, focused on handling inquiries, conducting home visits and tours, and networking to attract prospective residents. This role requires evening and weekend availability and offers a salary range of USD 50,000 to 55,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inquiry phone calls and capture essential information.
• Log all activity details in the company systems to ensure accurate records.
• Conduct the required number of home visits with prospective residents each week.
• Make the daily number of direct inquiry follow-up calls as directed.
• Initiate timely follow-up contact with prospective residents.
• Lead sales tours for prospective residents to showcase community offerings.
• Perform community visits and engage in networking to identify sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for tours and lunches with prospective residents.
• Prepare and submit the required reports on sales activity and progress.
• Regularly communicate sales progress, concerns, and challenges with the Administrator and/or Vice President of Operations.
• Collaborate with the Administrator to generate ideas and coordinate events with Dining Services and Life Engagement to attract potential residents and tours.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations within the Health Care System relevant to the role.
• Evening and weekend availability is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Free of untreated communicable diseases.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Demands

• Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs.
• Ability to continuously walk or stand.
