Plan, capture, and schedule engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Promote new product drops, share team moments, and keep the local digital community engaged
Help plan, organize, and execute store events, fun runs, and community outreach initiatives
Coordinate with vendor sales representatives to align on product launches and brand-supported events
Lead a personalized fitting experience on the sales floor by analyzing gait, listening to customer needs, and recommending footwear, apparel, and gear
Support store operations through inventory management, restocking, processing incoming shipments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming floor
Create social media content while coordinating event planning and back-office logistics
Work directly with customers, build knowledge of product lines, and stay tuned to the community

Awareness of social media trends; comfortable behind and in front of the camera to capture an authentic local brand voice
