This on site role in Irvine, CA offers a competitive annual salary of USD 60,000 – 70,000. You will contribute to growing North America retail and distribution channels by delivering channel specific programs designed to drive sell through, boost retail visibility, and optimize promotional performance. The position requires Korean and English bilingual communication and provides the opportunity to collaborate with major retail partners across beauty, specialty, and grocery channels while working closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and support the rollout of retail marketing initiatives with key partners including Ulta, Target, Costco, specialty beauty, and grocery channels.
  • Coordinate in store promotions, endcaps, and secondary placements to maximize shelf presence.
  • Maintain promotional calendars and oversee timely activation of programs.
  • Support retail media coordination for programs such as Ulta Media, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned retail accounts, ensuring alignment between brand objectives and retailer requirements.
  • Monitor retailer trends, competitive activity, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track and manage trade promotion dollars (TPDs), markdown programs, and co op initiatives.
  • Support retailer line reviews with marketing decks and performance insights.
  • Coordinate promotional forecasting with Sales and Operations teams.
  • Monitor trade spend ROI and effectiveness.
  • Align digital campaigns with retail launch timelines.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce channel specific assets.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all retail touchpoints.
  • Support influencer and paid media activations tied to retail events.
  • Track sell through lift during promotions and promotional periods.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly channel performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Support executive level reporting for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with brand partners on product updates and marketing alignment.
  • Assist in inventory planning alignment for major campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing
  • Experience managing retail partners such as Ulta Beauty, Target, Sephora, Costco, or other national retailers is preferred
  • Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or CPG preferred
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Experience with retail promotional programs
  • Highly organized with strong project management ability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with retail platforms such as Ulta Media, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads
