Marketing Product Associate (Korean Bilingual)

Daesang America Inc. is hiring a Marketing Product Associate in City of Industry, CA for an onsite role. This position supports cross-functional product development and go-to-market execution across assigned product categories, with a focus on market research, new product development pipelines, and launch performance reporting. Korean bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Working across teams, you will help move products from ideation through commercialization, translating research and portfolio performance into practical recommendations for leadership. You will also support launch planning, track campaign effectiveness, and maintain key marketing and sales assets for each product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to develop products from ideation through commercialization across assigned product categories
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and shape product development direction
• Assess current and future product portfolio performance, including profitability and feasibility, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Support the development and execution of short-term NPD pipelines aligned with long-term brand and business objectives
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and support successful product launch execution
• Monitor and evaluate launch campaign effectiveness and deliver insights and performance reports to relevant stakeholders
• Develop and manage trade marketing materials, including trade show assets, brand presentations, and promotional content
• Maintain and update product specifications and sales materials, including sell sheets, catalogs, and brochures
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong background in marketing strategy, planning, and new product development
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with a team-oriented mindset
• Strong project management capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Korean proficiency is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: USD 45,000 to 55,000 per year.
