Responsibilities
- Develop social-first concepts and assets that stay visually consistent, culturally relevant, and aligned with Social Marketing guidelines.
- Track social and cultural trends, surfacing opportunities to engage customers with timely, high-relevance content.
- Collaborate with creator teams to enable creator-led advertising programs, translating creator content into scalable social campaigns that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end creative workflow for assigned projects, from brief development through final delivery, ensuring assets are on time, on spec, and within brand standards.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Creator Programs, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams to align creative output with campaign goals and customer needs.
- Track and report on creative performance to identify learnings, inform optimization, and improve future campaign execution.
- Build and maintain scalable templates, guidelines, and toolkits that help the team move quickly across seasonal, tentpole, and trend-driven moments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in social content creation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
- Experience managing creative workflows using project management tools
- Familiarity with paid social advertising
- Knowledge of creator economy trends and influencer marketing best practices
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with competing priorities
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
