Performance Marketing Manager
Job Description
Canyon Ranch is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media growth and maximize ROI across key advertising platforms, including Meta and Google. This role owns full-funnel performance marketing strategy, ties channel results to business outcomes, and manages budgets, pacing, and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel paid media strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, connected TV, and other emerging channels.
- Manage campaign performance and budgets, including pacing, testing, and optimization, to drive qualified traffic, new guest acquisition, bookings, calls, revenue, and ROI.
- Translate platform-level performance into business context by clearly explaining what occurred, why it matters, and what actions should be taken next.
- Develop audience strategies across the customer journey, including prospecting, segmentation, first-party data activation, suppression, retargeting, lookalike modeling, and re-engagement.
- Evaluate performance across campaigns, audiences, creative, keywords, placements, and landing pages to identify insights and growth opportunities.
- Build and manage a test-and-learn roadmap covering audiences, creative, messaging, bidding, campaign structure, and paid landing pages.
- Partner with Brand, Creative, Analytics, and external agencies to improve campaign performance and attribution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing at an agency or brand, focused on digital advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated success managing and optimizing advertising campaigns and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to deliver measurable results, including increased traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Proficiency with campaign setup, optimization, and analysis in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
- Experience directing budget ownership and/or revenue-generating responsibility.
