Job Description
Part-Time Marketing & Admin Coordinator onsite in Kihei, Hawaii, supporting a Maui-based restaurant and food truck group with online presence, social channels, and light administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Schedule Facebook and Instagram posts using Vista Social or similar tools.
- Update Google Business Profiles for multiple brands within the group.
- Create simple Canva graphics for posts, promotions, menus, and announcements.
- Upload and organize food photos and short video clips.
- Assist with posting YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and Google updates.
- Respond to online reviews using approved company templates.
- Monitor gaps such as missing photos, outdated hours, menu changes, and listing issues.
- Collect weekly photos, specials, and updates from managers.
- Maintain accuracy of websites, menus, online ordering links, and social pages.
- Assist with basic SEO tasks to support local Maui searches.
- Prepare simple weekly marketing reports.
- Help with light administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Reliable and consistent in attendance and output.
- Own laptop or computer for work tasks.
- Smartphone with a good camera and video capability.
- Comfortable visiting restaurant and food truck locations as needed.
- Clear written communication via text, email, and shared documents.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using online tools and learning new systems quickly.
