Compensation: $71,000–$100,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Define and execute Seneca’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, building momentum in key industry channels and amplifying company leadership.
  • Learn the FAA regulatory submission process and collaborate with the flight team to draft and format documents, driving approvals across the line.
  • Prepare customer-ready materials such as briefings, one-pagers, and presentations for leadership, ensuring everything under Seneca’s name meets a high standard of quality.
  • Represent Seneca in the field at demos, summits, and industry events.
  • Partner with the design team to draft company-branded materials that shape how Seneca shows up externally.
  • Help shape video content by contributing to the structure and context of internal and external videos.
  • Handle unexpected issues with a growth mindset, addressing problems as they arise.

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in GTM, consulting, or operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Political Science, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field that combines quantitative reasoning and communication skills.

  • Excellent written communication, able to shift from short-form video scripts to formal submissions for federal regulators while maintaining quality.
  • Content creation experience across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram, with the ability to produce content yourself.
  • Fluency in AI workflows, with modern tooling integrated into day-to-day work.
  • Customer-first mindset, including excitement to engage directly with customers in the field and understand operational challenges.
  • Fire service experience, such as experience in or alongside wildland fire, a fire department, or emergency response, including familiarity with the culture, language, and mission.
  • Willingness to travel for deployments, demos, and key events (minimum 25% travel).
  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
