On the Ground Marketing and Sales

Onsite On the Ground Marketing and Sales support for local campaigns, lead generation, and community visibility in Charlottesville.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of grassroots local marketing campaigns
• Track campaign performance and provide monthly reporting
• Support coordination of local events, sponsorships, and community partnerships
• Help drive customer outreach and review generation
• Make practical recommendations for adjustments based on performance
• Capture and organize before/after project photos for marketing use

Requirements

• Verbal communication skills
• Basic familiarity with apps
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working independently and with a small team
• Knowledge of the Charlottesville area is a plus
• Some design or video editing experience is a plus
