Neighborhood Marketing

This field-based Neighborhood Marketing Representative role focuses on engaging homeowners in New Castle, Delaware to promote our inspection program and schedule inspections on site.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to the inspection program.
• Leverage conversation skills to establish trust and secure buy-in.
• Inform homeowners about storm damage, maintenance needs, and the benefits of inspections.
• Arrange inspections to occur within the same week.
• Record results and progress in the CRM.
• Meet personal and team activity targets.

Requirements

• Experience as restaurant servers or bartenders
• Retail professionals skilled at engaging customers
• Hospitality workers who remain composed and personable
• Athletes or former team players
• Military veterans with discipline, grit, and leadership experience
• Individuals comfortable talking to strangers and guiding conversations toward a positive outcome

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Pay

Total annual compensation: $54,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year

Base salary is $34,000 with uncapped commissions and paid training.

Work Location

In person, onsite in New Castle, Delaware.
