Job Description
Bracco Diagnostics is seeking a Marketing Specialist, Americas to drive tactical marketing execution across the US, Canada, and Latin America. Based in Princeton, NJ with a hybrid work setup, this individual contributor role emphasizes content development, campaign support, digital activities, and brand stewardship to ensure consistent messaging across all markets.
Responsibilities
- Implement designated components of Americas marketing campaigns, maintaining consistent messaging across customer-facing channels and corporate communications.
- Assist external branding efforts across the Americas by translating strategies into tactical actions across digital, content, and events channels.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align campaign timelines, asset creation, approvals, and deployment under guidance.
- Support social media execution in partnership with the global social media agency, handling content scheduling, postings, and performance monitoring.
- Aid in creating and adapting social content to reflect regional marketing priorities while following brand guidelines.
- Assist with updating and maintaining website content in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials by adhering to global brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Create, edit, and manage content for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop, refresh, and maintain corporate PowerPoint presentations, delivering clear, professional, and on-brand messaging.
- Support solutions-oriented marketing by aligning product, brand, and customer messaging across channels using defined frameworks.
- Gather, analyze, and report on marketing performance data and KPIs to drive optimization and ongoing improvement.
- Assist with project coordination, timelines, workflows, and approvals to ensure efficient, compliant execution of marketing activities.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience executing customer-facing marketing communications, campaigns, and branded content initiatives.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to produce clear, concise marketing content aligned to brand standards.
- Experience supporting social media activities and website content management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create and maintain professional, on-brand presentations.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
