Job Description

This Marketing Specialist position at TexasBank is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, coordinating marketing initiatives from intake through completion and tracking timelines, approvals, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing initiatives from intake to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are clearly documented and tracked.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and implementation plans, monitor progress, and share status updates with stakeholders.
  • Assist in executing cross-functional marketing campaigns across business lines and channels by organizing assets, collateral, calendars, and launch activities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for marketing requests, collecting required information and guiding prioritization with the Marketing Director.
  • Keep the department marketing calendar current, monitor deadlines, and help balance workloads to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Promote collaboration with internal teams such as Retail, Treasury Management, Mortgage, Operations, HR, IT, and Compliance, among others.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, track action items, and follow up on activities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to keep projects on track and ensure on-time deliverables.
  • Route marketing materials through compliance, review, and approval workflows, tracking revisions, approvals, and production timelines.
  • Maintain organized marketing archives, project files, resources, procedures, and related documentation.
  • Support departmental administrative tasks, including invoice processing, purchasing coordination, record maintenance, and other operational duties as assigned.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives aligned with the Marketing Department's strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, business administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management or workflow tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
